PASTURE-RAISED BERKSHIRES Our purebred Berkshire hogs are raised on pasture, supplemental feed and surplus vegetables from our garden and neighboring gardens. Our happy hogs are rotated on several pastures with access to hardwood forest where they have an abundance of acorns and nuts to forage on. Berkshire pork has consistently been chosen as the best tasting pork in worldwide culinary contests.
