Deepset Farm has Madras Radish Pods and Cherry Tomatoes on the market, Frontier Family Farms has two Lettuce varieties and Better Boy tomatoes. Petalland has medium and large Zinnias. Tom has an abundance of sprouts/microgreens this week! Solace farm has fresh cut oregano, spearmint and thyme; Elba and Kennebec potatoes. Steve’s Bees Honey is on our market as well in 4 different sizes.

Man, what lovely fruit we have on the market these days! Be sure to get it while you can, and try to think of ways to enjoy these fruits out of season. Canning peaches, Applesauce, Plum Sherbet, dried apples… how do you preserve the harvest??
We have a new Grower on the Market, Waggin Tails Dog Treats. “All natural, homemade dog treats. Proudly made in the USA, home-baked from the heart of our kitchen here in TN. We use 100% human grade ingredients only.”
Solace Farm has a smorgasbord of garlic on the market, with descriptions of every variety, including a loose clove discount, and homemade garlic powder!

Pick up is 4:15-6 Thursday at First Christian Church Annex.
Fountain Springs Farm pork and chicken products must be ordered before Tuesday.
Murari Valley Farm Cow-shares are available under “Dairy” for $60 one time fee. Once you are a member, they will email you about signing the contract, and getting raw milk, cheese, butter, yogurt and ghee.
Please remember your reusable bags and be sure to check your order with at pick up.

Double tree farms has green tomatoes, green bell peppers, and eggplant this week. Farmer grey has organic tomatoes on our market this week. Deep Set farm has new Zealand spinach and Crow Mountain Orchard has apples and peaches!

Sweet Corn!
Hi everyone! Just a friendly reminder that the market is open and awaiting your orders!
We have bicolor sweet corn fresh from Franklin Farms this week. Just in time for July 4th!
Dogwood Valley Greenhouse has updated availability of their perennials and herbs on the market, including the addition of several types of lavenders. It’s still fine to plant if you take care to water new transplants frequently and deeply.
As always, we have plenty of vegetables and meats available.

Power Plants!
The Market is open!
Power Plants is on our market this week with hydroponically grown greens and herbs! Look for bibb lettuce, romaine lettuce, a spring mix of lettuce, large leaf Italian basil, and endvies.
Also this week, DeepSet Farm has wild blackberries, kale, zucchini and yellow squash; Solace Farm has beets, carrots, potatoes, and garlic; Double Tree Farms has leeks for sale; Triple B has fresh sage, thyme, oregano and mint!
Fox Farm‘s products are unavailable this week but will be back next week, I’ll be sure to remind you. If you are near Sewanee, you can purchase her products tomorrow … “Come to the Cumberland Farmers Market in Sewanee at the Community Center and taste Fox Farm’s barbecue. For sale: barbecue sandwiches, 1 lb. containers of honey-cranberry pork barbecue, 1 lb. containers of a more traditional pork barbecue, pork chops, sausage, country bacon, and pork cutlets.”
